Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are an online-only store operating from Bendigo (Victoria) dedicated to getting your wellness products to you safely and efficiently.

1. Delivery Zones & Rates
We offer tiered shipping options based on your location. Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
  • Zone 1: Local Bendigo Delivery (FREE)
    • Eligibility: Available for select postcodes within the Bendigo urban area (Postcodes: 3550, 3551, 3555, 3556).
    • Cost: Free for all orders.
  • Zone 2: Standard Australia-Wide Postage
    • Eligibility: All addresses outside our local delivery zones across Australia.
    • Cost: Flat rate of $10.00 or free for orders over $120.00
  • Zone 3: Express Australia-Wide Postage
    • Cost: Available at checkout for a fee of $15.00
2. Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Victorian public holidays).
  • Local Bendigo Deliveries: Dropped off within 24–48 hours of processing.
  • Standard Australia-Wide Postage: Estimated arrival within 3–8 business days from dispatch.
  • Express Australia-Wide Postage: Estimated arrival within 1–3 business days from dispatch. [1, 2]
3. Supply Chain & Stock Variations Disclaimer
As outlined in our Terms of Service, global supply chains fluctuate, and items may occasionally fall out of stock unexpectedly.
  • Split Shipments: If a part of your order is delayed due to stock issues, we may dispatch available items first.
  • Notification: We will contact you immediately if an item is completely out of stock to issue a store credit or arrange a substitute.
4. Local Delivery Guidelines (Bendigo)
  • Safe Drop: If you are not home during a local delivery, Mother & Kin will leave the package in a safe, secure, and weatherproof location at your address.
  • Liability: Once the package is dropped at your premises, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
  • Access Restraints: Please provide clear delivery instructions at checkout if your property has gates, secure apartment access, or aggressive dogs.
5. Tracking Your Order
  • For all Australia-wide postage orders, you will receive a tracking link via email once your parcel leaves our facility.
  • Local Bendigo deliveries do not always include live tracking, but you will receive an email confirmation when your order is "Out for Delivery" and "Delivered".
6. Incorrect Addresses and Redelivery Fees
  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout.
  • Return to Sender: If a parcel is returned to us by Australia Post or a courier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a redelivery fee of $10.00 will apply to resend the items.
