How to enjoy?
For a delicious vanilla milkshake, simply add ~1.5tbsp (approximately 15g) to 200ml of your favourite milk and whisk well. You can also blend it into smoothies, stir through porridge or yoghurt, or add to pancakes, muffins, bliss balls and other family-friendly recipes.

• 12 months–4 years: ~1.5tbsp (approximately 15g) per day. This can be split between a milkshake and cooking.
• 4+ years: 1-2 servings per day, depending on dietary needs.
• Adults: Safe to enjoy, including during pregnancy and breastfeeding. For adults, the serving can be adjusted according to individual dietary needs.
• During times of sickness: The serving can be gently increased when sickness is going around, as this product is designed to be enjoyed as a food rather than a medicine.

Best made fresh. As the blend is made without synthetic emulsifiers, it may settle or separate if pre-mixed and stored. We recommend serving cold for the best taste, texture and nutrient preservation.
