How to Use:
FOR ADULTS: If this is your first time using magnesium oil, apply 3-4 sprays in total, to the top and bottom of your feet for the first 4 weeks. A tingling sensation indicates a magnesium deficiency, and will stop once your levels increase.
Once adjusted, use 6-8 sprays on stomach, legs or back daily. Massage in gently & allow to dry before covering up.

FOR KIDS: Rub 1-2 sprays (start with 1) on the top and bottom of feet and rub in for the first 4 weeks. A tingling sensation indicates a magnesium deficiency, and will stop once your levels increase. If tingling feels too strong, dilute magnesium with a little extra water as needed.
Once adjusted, use 2-3 sprays on stomach, legs or back daily. Massage in gently & allow to dry before covering up.
