How to Use:
Simply step into the underwear and pull up gently until comfortable. Wear as you would regular underwear and replace as needed. To remove, tear the sides and dispose of appropriately.

Sizing:
Medium: 75–110cm hips (size 6-10)
Large: 100–140cm hips (size 12-20)
If you are scheduled for a C-Section we recommend sizing up to Large for comfort.
