How to Use:
For cold therapy: Place the pack in the freezer for approximately 2 hours or submerge in icy cold water until reaches desired temperature.
For heat therapy: Submerge in hot water or microwave for the suggested times below. Heat in additional 5 second increments until desired temperature is achieved:
- 700 watt microwave: 20 seconds
- 1000 watt microwave: 15 seconds
- 1200 watt microwave: 10 seconds

Slip pad into sleeve and place on area. Apply for the medically recommended time of 20 minutes. Wait until skin returns to normal temperature before reapplying.

*Caution: Never apply directly to broken or damaged skin and avoid prolonged use. Always follow the care and heating instructions provided with the product.

Care Instructions: Clean with warm, soapy water.
